education so bad i had to pull out my rose toy

i was told by many people that this school would accomodate furries, therians etc. Apon arrival i was utterly disappointed to find out this information was incorrect. i was bullied and tormented for relieving myself infront of the library in protest to the lack of identity accommodation that this school has. this school is not inclusive whatsoever. writing this has made the devil and evil spirits of my inner core come out, you do not want to get on my dark side avila college, you are on my list....in red underline. DO NOT send you cubs and pups here you will regret it >:(. P.S this has made me feel so unaccpeted it has made me pull my rose toy out for the first time in years.

DONT send your kids to Avila College Mt Waverley

Worst school I've ever attended. As a teenage girl being neurodivergent, this school has no support nor knowledge about the disorders. Their wellbeing team are full of kind staff, but can not give you a plan if you're feeling overstimulated. I despised every day when being at this school. They don't follow what they've told you as there is 0 communication skills. If you're a straight A student and have an amazing wellbeing this school is made for you, otherwise its not a healthy enviroment to be in.

Avila is overall not too bad

I do like this school in alot of ways. Moving from a public school, the working air conditioners and overall clean school brings a smile to my face (except for the bathrooms, but what should I really expect?) There are many opportunities to participate in activities within the school, and many opportunities for learning. The teachers are really sweet and I get along with alot of them. They are (apart from the cranky sub teachers) considerate of people's learning needs in the class. Some issues I have with this school is there was a girl that slapped me - for me talking back at her for her tugging on my friend's hair. I don't know what happened to her, but she wasn't suspended. She was put in 'Avila reconnect' which people can go into the same program for, for having their hair down. There is a lack of organisation - they do only give notice for school events three days in advance. There girls here that are icky, but I know that's like any school. I like less people here than my old school, but the teachers here are way better which makes learning way easier (I see this is a win) Overall I do really like this school, but my overall idea on school is that you go through it once, there are still going to to be so many flaws in any school you go to.

identity

typical school. were very supportive about students changing their identity until students chose to get nose piercings, dye their hair, more then two ear piercings, etc. most of the good teachers left and were replaced with teachers that cant communicate to students in a kind matter.
