Baringa State Primary School

Our daughter attended the Baringa State Primary School since it first opened from Prep through to year 6. She has absolutely loved all of her teachers and made lifelong friends. The school, teachers, management and staff have all been incredible, giving students so many opportunities to learn, lead and flourish. Our daughter Josie wanted to go to school every day, with a skip and a hop as she headed in the gates, this is down to the school making it such a fun learning place where kids feel safe. The opportunities the school gave enabled Josie to grow in confidence and her own personality flourished. With the school making it such a welcoming and safe place for children, we saw children lead and take part in public speaking and performances as they were encouraged and supported to be themselves. The year 6 activities, excursions, rewards day and graduation were all so special with the school making it such a memorable (and emotional) end to the primary years. Josie learned to dance at the school joining their amazing in-house dance team, where she fell in love with dance, built so much skill and confidence. Thank you to all her incredible dance teachers, teachers, heads of year, deputies and principal and all the lovely support staff.
