WORST SCHOOL EVER TO EXIST IN VIC
This school is absolute shit. The teachers here doesn’t know how to teach. Especially BRAZIOTIS, heard many complaints about her through different year levels, yet the school has never done anything about it?? This school is dirty, gums on chairs and tables, stealing is normalised, bullying is extreme here. Also heard they bribe students who has low score to not take VCE exams. NEVER BRING YOUR KID TO THIS SCHOOL.

Bad work environment
Was teaching as a studying teacher at Camberwell High and received no support as a teacher. Had a student in my class end up calling me a homophobic slur starting with F and was promptly sent home by the school and put under investigation after the student made up lies about me. Student was never reprimanded as far as I’m aware and I was never given the chance to sit down with the student and have a restorative or defend myself. Worst school in Victoria’s state system
A culture of violence, bullying and intimidation. Given the ratio of boys 77% to girls 23% creates a toxic hierarchical culture amongst girls. Should one girl fall out of favour with a girl higher in the pecking order they are bullied, ostracised and physically run out of school. Vaping, huffing, truancy, theft and pressure from peers to be sexually active in year levels as young as year 8 is prevalent. The one thing that this school doesn’t do is educate. Avoid at all cost.

Shit school
Kind of a shit school really, they force strict uniform policy on us and we cant even wear a different colour sock, they want to look good on the out side but really it’s absolutely shit

Not ideal for a child with more then 3 years of cognitive development
I’ve definitely heard of worse schools in terms of facilities and teachers, however the problems between students at this school is near unrivalled i haven’t met a single person here that wasn’t socially inept or just rude, due to the heavily middle class population of this school everyone here seems to have developed some kind of god complex and by that i mean they all have no problem with verbally abusing, harassing, bullying or physically attacking anyone who even slightly invokes a response...

Camberwell high
teachers don’t care abt mental health. if ur behind, that’s on u, they don’t really help out and continue on with the work. There are teachers that use poor teaching methods . Every single lesson can be a powerpoint and taking down notes. Call that teaching?? There are teachers who hate their job and it shows during the lessons. Some teachers are teachers in the VCE level that can’t even teach.At the end of the day u teach urself. Smth good about the single is that i’ve seen one single teacher that would offer and give his time during lunch. That’s it. Canteen food is expensive for no reason. Some classrooms don’t have a door fin order to be a more “collaborative” space but all they do is have students be distracted by other students walking past or high noise levels during their sacs and class time. After you are in yr 10, you don’t have many excursions. Overall they are sooooo cheap with excursions and camps. Also waiting till i won’t have to ask permission to go to the bathroom. The teacher has control over when i pee?
