Disappointing
Most staff had no real care for children, a lot of times it was just about money and work hours for them. A lot of gossip between staff went on often leading to a lot of injuries and incidents with children due to no staff supervision. As a staff member that cared I tried to voice my concerns to HR and head office about the incidents and events. However was told to sweep it under the rug and that they will deal with it. Issues were never dealt with. There was always different managers in and out and often head office turned a blind eye to standards dropping.
