I don't know why so many people are slandering this school. Their questions are a bit nonsense, but there are quite a few problems of racial discrimination. The school should improve it. The threshold for interviews is too low, and many scum are allowed to enter the school. As long as you respect the teachers, they will certainly respect you. As for the food, I haven't tasted it because it is too expensive.

    BAD BAD BAD

This school is beyond terrible. If you are a person of colour do not even consider enrolling in this school. I have had so many friends who have attended this school and have dropped out because of how white-dominated this school is and how normalised racism is. It's honestly terrible how in 2026 racism in schools is still prominent, especially when schools are places where students should feel welcomed and safe. Furthermore, the principal, Miss Coogan who has now gone to Fortitude Valley to tra...

    Worst school in Brisbane

The worst school ever. It was the biggest mistake to ever send my child there. The teachers are wonderful but management is incompetent and biased.

    An example of true education

This is truly a terrific school. The teachers are fantastic and the year 12 awards was amazing, well organised and so glad my daughter went to this school after transferring from another. The best decision.

    Horrible Principal, Ms. Chrissy Coogan

Horrible school. The principal, Ms Chrissy Coogan, told me, A 15 YEAR OLD GIRL, that I didnt deserve anything. They turned off their reviews on google so im here to share my story, there are many more stories but I think that one sets the tone. Also the counseller Troy, is very rude and disrespectful and likes to pray on little girls, I have experienced this first hand with his sexual harassment, disgusting behaviour and yet he is still so respected. Would not recommend this school at all!

    A Mother’s Perspective

The principal and staff at Coops go above and beyond. I know they often work 14 hour days, probably more. While we are at home relaxing in the evenings they are working, planning and organising Coops events and providing support, caring for the safety of students. For example, the Vice Principal has at times of stress answered my emails in her private time at 7:30 pm. Past students from Coops have gone on to be highly trained professionals with master’s degrees. They have excellent strategies for supporting students with unacceptable behaviours and follow policies and procedures. They are fair with uniform policies and they only ask that you apply for a uniform pass at the admin office if you are not wearing the full expected uniform, Uniforms are a State-wide Department of Education policy. The administration is open to feedback, they consult and encourage parents and students to participate in planning and giving feedback. They are very neurodiverse aware with supporting staff very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff are coping well with students challenging behaviours and difficulties that the students brought with them. Many families in our society are struggling with Transgenerational trauma and this results in children being unable to cope and they have unacceptable behaviours. There is a crisis Australia wide with children being exposed to pornography on TikTok and other social media. This is being addressed intelligently by the staff of Coops. At Coops, Canteen meals are healthy, many homemade and affordable. One or two of the teachers are a little bit old fashioned in their approach for my comfort. However, I couldn’t have chosen a better College for my vulnerable 13 year old daughter.

csc needs to get a grip

this school is shit. PERIOD. I am an ongoing student of this school, multiple people I care for have been sexually assaulted by the upper classmen and the admin have done nothing I mean nothing as you can tell by the other reviews. When I was in year 8 my friend had been sexually assaulted and when my school found out instead of expelling the student for that, They instead made my friend feel like a burden to society making her move schools later on in the year, because everyone thought that sin...

    my story at csc.

hello, i am a current student at csc and i would never recommend it to anyone for one reason, the admin. i was sexually harassed and assaulted and groomed by a senior and instead of legal or disciplinary actions, that student was left to graduate with no talking to at the least, instead i was left being told i was too young to understand, the admin did not report to the police what had happened, i was accused of spreading rumours and name calling and told to stop. the school let me down, and if any other kid goes here the school may let you or your kid down. this shcool destroyed me, this school broke code to report any crimes they see, but avoiding it all did nothing. also the admin is full of disrespectful women who show no sense of decency to student

CSC - could be way better

It's okay, not the best. When you try and ask for help from your teachers most of them just get mad and yell at you. The principal sucks too strict no freedom. ADS day on Fridays and early starts and finishes. Probably wouldn't recommend it if you want a good education. Every time we get into a lockdown or fire drill they never tell us anything that happened after and then when they find out the students are worried and talking to their parents they take the student's phones away. Don't expect to be told anything when something bad happens. Food always tastes bad and super greasy, making some kids sick.
