its alright
this school is meh. its not as good as they claim to be but it’s not terrible either. there’s so many unnecessary rules. why can’t i put my hood up? why can’t i give my friends a hug? some of the teachers do NOT respect students and think they’re superior. what happened to us being equal? i like my english teacher though, she’s kinda like a friend more than a teacher and i love that. having teachers assistants in class is helpful because sometimes the real teachers are scary. but a lot of the time the teachers assistants have no idea about the subject and are just there for show i guess. the students are mostly nice, but when there’s drama it’s BAD. the no bullying policy is nice but people are given too many chances. i also dislike how strict they are about your attendance. i’m struggling to show up because of my mental health but it risks me getting expelled. there needs to be more councillors and more areas where students can take time to rest outside of class. there is only one chill out room which is always occupied, and i don’t think a lot of students want to sit at reception and hear teachers down the hall when the main reason to be out of class is to have quiet time. they say it’s a quiet school, which at times can be true but it’s far louder than they make it out to be.

this school helped me in so many different ways and honestly changed my life. i didn’t fit into regular schools due to my mental health problems. i was there from the beginning of year 8 to about a quarter of the way into year 9. i left since i moved out of the central coast. don’t get me wrong some students where terrible but teachers did prioritised fixing the problems. i am currently in year 12 at another alternative high school and am still best friends with the person i was in et. i loved this school, the trouble makers will obviously say differently.
Nerida sucks
There’s some good things and there are some bad. I am in the 7-10 campus and I have a teacher named nerida and she hates every kid. That’s it. Bye
