Grant High School

this school is extremely difficult to cooperate with, they will not negotiate with you in anyway and when they meet you “halfway” its actually only there way. the teachers have low respect and do not come to school in a good attitude, the schools wellbeing system is very poor they will make you feel bad as if whats going on is your fault and it takes ages to get a appointment, they pick favourites and talk bad about you, give you rude nick names and will tell you there own trauma and will bring there outside problems into the work place to use against students to guilt trip them. the students have no manners and will bully students verbally and physically and nothing is done, the bathrooms are filthy and so are the classrooms. everyone has no care in the world and the students have awful mental health so when you walk around you will see students crying, kids arguing, no uniform, no friends, baggy clothes and look like they have just woken up because they do not have the mental capacity to even get ready, kids will go home throughout the day to avoid going to lessons mostly because they dont feel safe around the teacher or the students. this school is shocking so i advise to not send your children here.

this school is terrible the teachers don’t do anything about bullying, the well-being team is discouraging and have dumped there own trauma onto the students, they have don’t listen to any child’s needs and care about there own more. I don’t recommend this school to anyone. it’s absolutely terrible

I hate this school they do not care about the students mental health and the teachers are horrible and Mrs Wakefield(acting principal) and Mr kurzemen(head of design and tech) are having an affair there is at least one fight a day and the teachers are trying to get a student who's name is charlotte McLean expelled I would give this school a 1000- but that is not possible so I give it a one

Been at this school a few years and staff efforts to teach are low. students run wild with no effort from the school to do anything. few teachers actually try to teach

The school is getting old but the staff are dedicated and do a decent job. Students behaviour and commitment is not great though.
