Illaroo Road Public School

this school allows children to be physically bullied and protects the person doing the bullying. DO NOT SEND YOUR AUTISTIC CHILDREN HERE AS THEY DO NOT SUPPORT THEM AT ALL! the teachers and SLSO running the unit allow children to be attacked under their watch and cover it up. they have neglected to change children's nappiues, failed to make sure children are eating and drinking plenty of water, there are constant problems within the unit and nothing ever gets done about it. the staff members they have working in the unit are unprofessional and dont understand autistic children at all leaving them in situations for them to get attacked by one another.

Apart from a few issues with organisation and communication, it’s a fantastic public school. The teachers are mostly great. The facilities are pretty good despite getting a little old. There’s a lot of upgrades happening around the place.
