Low Performing School Run by Delusional Leadership
There is clear discrimination against all religions except Christianity at this school. Staff members have openly referred to other religions as "demonic," reflecting a narrow-minded and intolerant culture. True education is not about cramming information from textbooks; it is about fostering acceptance, critical thinking, and understanding — values that are clearly lacking here.
Teachers often tell unbelievable and inappropriate stories about ghosts and demonic activity supposedly affecting people who do not follow Christianity. Shockingly, one of the school leaders told a story claiming a missionary became demonically possessed during a school mission trip simply because they had visited a Buddhist temple. My daughter found the story laughable, which highlights how ignorant and unscientific the teaching staff can be.
The school seems ignorant and delusional in believing that it provides a nurturing and supportive environment for students and teachers. In reality, my daughter reported that many teachers are forced to teach up to five different subjects, often outside of their expertise. This lack of consistency directly leads to poor teaching performance and weak student outcomes.
The school's hiring practices prioritize religious affiliation over professional competency, leading to difficulties in finding and retaining capable educators. Many students and parents also show a lack of focus and determination, creating a challenging learning environment.
Leadership at the school is ineffective and of poor quality. Although strict uniform rules exist, they are rarely enforced because leaders do not actively engage with classrooms or students. Enforcement is left entirely to teachers, who are given little to no support. My children, whom I have since withdrawn from the school, never once saw leaders in classrooms monitoring behavior or standards.
Any good teachers who attempt to improve the academic or cultural standards often find themselves isolated and unsupported, eventually leaving for better schools. Overall, the school fosters an environment that is unprofessional, unscientific, and unsupportive of genuine learning and growth.
