It’s Amazing - Look at it the right way

It’s amazing. I always thought that this school was bad because of its rules, but when I look at other schools, I realise how it’s keeping everyone around me and myself safe and disciplined. Yeah, it may be a pain but it truly builds an amazing community with amazing people.

Specifically, I’m a music student, and it’s music department is top notch. Best buildings and equipment, I truly am grateful.

Mansfield is only a public school, and yet it is near the best of the best in the entire state.

Good and bad

They do well in academics, sure. But they're really focused on their reputation and appearance. It's their priority over the wellbeing of their students and possibly staff. The rules are ridiculous, especially around uniform. But when i reported a serious incident they were very concerned about who I would tell and whether I'd show it on social media.

Mansfield state high school review

The school is honestly really good. My parents had to rent a house to get me into this school and it’s a wonderful place. Every year there are new buildings and our school actually tries to provide us with good opportunities. We have many programs at our school and 90% of the teachers are really kind and understanding. I enjoy most of my subjects but perhaps that’s because I’m a pretty smart student. Many will students will say that this isn’t a good school, but it’s only because they aren’t ready to accept the fact that they’re privileged enough to be going to a well maintained school. Sure the uniform nagging ticks me off but it’s only so that our school doesn’t loose its respect. There are facilities that need to be refurbished (B block and G block), but other than that it’s wonderful and thank lord for the air conditioning that works in every room. I recommend this school if you are serious about your studies and want a good environment if private school is too much. Your experience here will differentiate depending on the friends you make, so choose the right group. ok bye.

very good school, but…

good school. good teachers. very good education. just ridiculous rules, like the very strict uniform and a 3 day suspension if you’re caught with a mobile phone :/

Wonderful School

Very very good school. They care about their students, about mental health, and overall providing the best education and teaching for us all. Most of the teachers are outstanding; they are kind, thoughtful, understand and very knowledgeable. Some not so much. Me, personally, I've encountered no bullying and no rude behaviour from any other student. Our school strives to better the lives of each and everuone of us, which is something I admire and greatly appreciate. I am grateful to be a student at Mansfield and I'll say that proudly.

The best school in Queensland

Amazing school, teachers genuinely care for the students and really high ATARs. Not to mention the best principal ever.
