Online bullying
This school is terrible! A student that’s goes to Meridian State College named Lincoln in year 7 writes death threats to other students online. He constantly tells people in his year to kill themselves, that they’re gay and calls them the f slur constantly. Lincoln has been doing this multiple times. He uses social media to online bully and as of December 10th 2025 by law it has become illegal for anyone under the age of 16 to own a social media account. He is using social media at 12 years old...

Would choose 0 stars if I could
I had things happen here that were illegal, support systems did nothing ad punishment and even blamed me. Not to mention the terrible behaviour and student decency when it comes to mess, but if you care about mental health, don’t bother with Meridan.

Don’t send ur kid here
Worst school worst behaviour worst teacher apart from a few and is filled with sexism from teachers and no regard to kids mental health and what is best for us it’s just them and whatever you see on the outside is a lie and nothing like what goes on inside. No control of vaping or drug use and violence. Amenities are gross

Meridan State College Review
Little to no assistance when financially unable to get certain resources. Teachers care more about the colour of the shoes you wear than actually helping you with school work. Teacher told me to find something better with my life and give up on school because I wasn't exceptionally good at essential maths. Security feels like you're in a prison rather than a school. Gates locked during the day and spikes on fence to keep students from "escaping". Guidance officer is unreliable. After being asked...

genuinely traumatised
my experience in this school was traumatic to say the least the teachers don’t care for the students and the students have no respect for the teachers the teachers participate in bullying and hide behind a ‘zero bullying tolerance’ that just means they won’t deal with it there needs to be serious reassessment of some of the highschool teachers as there was perverted rumours that went around about a female teacher that never got looked into.
