i was a staff member at this college and in reflection dissapointed at their support for their staff members...unless your part of the circle your a nobody and treated with disrespect. Being a Mercy school gobsmacked. Some teachers at this school put their heart and soul into these kids others just cruise through with pats on the back
Students & teachers are very accepting of students with physical or intellectual disabilities. Students did not treat me differently when they found out I was autistic, or when I always wore sunglasses and headphones in class.
More than just academics are taught, with a strong focus on personal values.
Teachers are very and equally respectful whether the student scores the highest or lowest in the class.
The school and teachers genuinely care about students mental health as much as a school can and are willing to make allowances for the student to protect their mental health over academics.
