Dont send your kids here
The students at this school are completely childish and will cause any kind of drama to get attention from people. Counsellors at this school suck, a kid was told they cant make an appointment because there are people with bigger problems. Vaping, drugs and smoking is the main use of the toilets and if student want to use the toilets they have to walk through all of that. Teachers always yell at you when you don’t understand something that they are trying to teach. Deputies are assholes and don’t give a shit about students wellbeing they are just worried about trying to keep their job. This school has a rule about not wearing tights because it will distract male teachers but girls are allowed to wear skirts which is even worse. Deputies left false accusations through and rumours linger, they do absolutely nothing about bullying or to change things, they don’t truly enforce the rules. If something doesn’t go their way they find any excuse to blame it on the teachers. Ms Knipe, the careers advisor, is an actual bitch and treats all of the students like they are all idiots and gets mad when we don’t follow her instructions to do a career we don’t want to do and when students came forward about it to the deputies we got disregarded by them because knipe is an adult. There are ALWAYS fights at this school and people in them fights get suspended and the issues never gets fully resolved, which is their job to figure out.
In conclusion, this school is absolutely shit and i would recommend to anyone to send their children here.

I got bullied everyday for 5 years by the other students.
The teachers do not care about the wellbeing of the students and honestly dont teach us anything and can not control a classroom.
I was sent home all the time because other students became violent towards me so instead of giving them the discipline and letting them deal with the consequences i got hit with everything.
If your child has any problems or a disability they lock the kids behind a gate in a whole separate school and do not let them socialise with the rest of the normal students.
They lock the bathrooms during classes everyday and often refuse to let you go get a drink or use the bathroom.
The principal is a complete jerk and half of the teachers don't know what they are doing.
DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE!!.

Absolutely horrible
I was bullied everyday for 4 years at this school the teachers did nothing at all to stop it all they did was send me home this school is absolutely horrible send your kids here to get 0 education and 0 respect.
This place is a honest shit hole
Mount view highschool is a shit hole in all honesty. If your dont get understand, you get yelled at, if you get it wrong ,you get yelled at. Half the teachers there dont give a fuck about the well-being of students. Mrs groves (science teacher) is an absolute peice of shit. My friend can't talk infront of people she she asked mrs Leah groves if she should do a one on one with her, she denied it saying 'if you don't have a diagnosed disorder you can do it infront of everyone. There is another teacher mr Griffiths, he is obviously a pedo he makes it quite obvious he has a crush on one of the students in year 7. Appeals for missing your assignments are so hard to get like if you have technology issues they say it's not a valid excuse. Kids were caught literally having sex in the bathroom and got off with a slap on the wrist. There is so much more to say.

The School is full of braindead kids breaking stuff and fighting the toilets arn’t even toilets at this point they’re more like a smoking area for kids to vape students the other day were caught fucking in the toilets and weren't even suspended this schools quality is horrendous and the principal likes it up the ass by the deps and personally would recommend shooting the fag

Awful, it’s simply bad, the people there are out of control and always unfocused, the teachers do very little about the behaviour issues and don’t enforce any rules, when someone is bullied the principles don’t do anything to help or give people support.
Test averages are up to 22% below state averages and we struggle to maintain staff meaning classes are always collapsed and no work ever gets done. Some teachers are very nice and helpful (10 ish%) and students fight and bring weapons to school, bathrooms are full with kids smoking, vaping and doing drugs. The canteen food is always dry, close to being out of date or undercooked too which makes lunch hard for those who want to buy it
