Don’t go

Please don’t go here. The bullying rates are awful and teachers don’t do anything about it and turn a blind eye to the situation. One teacher specifically, goes out of her way to breach code of conduct and thinks swearing directly at a class full of kids is okay for a professional like herself, a grown woman called a bunch of kids the b word. Another teacher is just unbelievable, the school claims to be progressive yet employs a teacher who doesn’t even believe in global warming? Half his students are overtaking him in science clearly because how are you going be a teacher and not understand basic science; I’m just glad he’s a digital tech teacher and not a science one. Another teacher, a self taught music teacher, is an open far right wing misogynist MAGA and that’s the nicest way I can even put it. There’s accounts of girls saying he told them they weren’t going to be good at woodwork because they’re girls, back when he used to teach wood work in 2023. Before anyone comes at me saying not to mix politics with school, respectfully what are you saying, school is a place for education but if this school is able to employ right wingers then the education rate clearly isn’t going to be that good, the propaganda the kids will learn from those teachers will be outrageous, politics is education and probably the most important form of education since it’s everything society runs and thrives on yet if these children are surrounded by teachers who breach code of conduct, spread misinformation more than chatgpt (which all the teachers use for their assignments for some reason and encourage the kids too aswell), and are flat out supporters of a dictator who’s racist, then how are these kids gonna learn basic empathy and wrong from right?

I don’t like it I have been bullied for so long now and teachers never ask what’s wrong when clearly there is something wrong

The best school in the north, the highest atar is usually 98
People who want to learn get a chance to whilst other who just wanna finish school also get a chance to do just that.
However some of the teachers in yr 12 need to be replaced cuz they rlly don’t know what they are doing.

average place to learn

typical high school with 50/50 teaching quality. some teachers are great at what they teach while others seem to make it more confusing than it should. the students here are also 50/50 (maybe leaning towards 60/40) with a lot of them not wanting to learn. overall, the environment of the school isn’t bad.
