the Centre Director is genuinely professional and we appreciate that the centre follows national laws and regulations closely. Our child was enrolled for two years and he loved many of the educators, and raved about the meals prepared by Chef Christy, honestly the menu is amazing, fresh, nutritious, and yummy! There's a lot to do for the kids both indoors and outside. Our child also loved the photos and displays throughout the centre's hallways, our child stopped to look at them almost every week. I have also heard good things from other parents, like how their little ones never had any issues with nappy rash while attending or toilet training. Every morning stepping into Sparrow Pacific Pines felt warm :) Parent

I just wanted to leave a feedback about one of the educators at your center. I am extremely happy that my daughter goes to a childcare where there is an educator like Donna. Donna is one of the most loving and caring educator I've known. She is definately an asset for Sparrow PacPines. I also hear other mum commenting how good she is with their child. My daughter was crying a lot during drop off and Donna managed to comfort her straight away . Also, she got my daughter to do a trial with Happy Feet to cheer her up. She absolutely loved it. Donna sent me photos of my daughter happily dancing and enganging in activities. Thats what we want : we want to know our child is happy and engaged. I found amazing that Donna had such a great initiative to do that for my daughter. She deserves to be recognised. She is great. Laura
