Unsafe, Negligent and Abusive

I am a former student of Woodlawn and I believe it is important for parents to be aware of just how outdated, ill-informed and resistant to change the woodlawn school faculty is. I am currently a law student and have been since 2023. I have always been very capable and intelligent but the environment and abuse I suffered at this school made it impossible for me to even attend. While at Woodlawn I was suffering though difficulties at home including my house being flooded, financial and family struggles. I am also disabled. Woodlawn sought to neglect my special needs, neglect to address bullying I faced (where physical threats were made and acted upon) and many members of the school faculty would say extremely inappropriate discriminatory things to me while harassing my family about the impacts of my disability. This school is an extremely unsafe environment for children of any minority. The extent of mental harm this institution has done to myself and other people is that which warrants a personal injury claim of negligence.
