Sunkids Children's Centre-Eight Mile Plains

Over the past few months, my child has been bitten by another child on more than four separate occasions. Each time, I have received minimal information about how the incidents were handled, and it seems that the appropriate steps are not being taken to ensure my child's safety. Since the change in management, I have noticed a significant decline in the level of care and responsibility exhibited by the staff. There has been a lack of clear communication, and the overall handling of such incidents has been careless. As a parent, I am deeply concerned about the well-being of my child in this environment.
