Power trip

You can tell that some people become teachers to have power of children and to fill the void in their lives as they know they are worthless and lack the ability to command respect from anyone so they become teachers to feel like they have even a shrivel of say and power over a 13 year old kid. Trinity seems to be full of these people

just downhill

when i started trinity in year 7 it seemed and was a good school, however since my time attending trinity it has gone to absolute garbage. the hair rules are beyond ridiculous to the point of stupidity. teachers and senior members of staff will make you miss out on important learning areas if your uniform is at all out of appropriate condition. the school only focuses on subjects that deem “important” and completely leave no money for subjects such as art, agriculture and pdhpe, and trinity used to be one of the best agricultural schools in nsw but now it has gone to the worst possible level of stupidity. due to recent vaping epidemic teacher have become nazis and stand out of the toilet and search you to the point of harassment and they say “just in case”. Many teachers are beyond hopeless and the school has fresh just out of uni teachers “helping” senior students on their way to their HSC as well as teachers making homophobic, racist and sexist comments towards both men and women. an instance last year included a speech about how wrong abortion was to young impressionable students. trinity has officially become a joke of an academic learning career

Yea not too bad

Yea trinity’s all right but the uniform policies is way too strict. They recently brought in a policy where no one is allowed hair below collar so all girls and boys have to tie there hair which is a big pain considering some students might not feel comfortable doing so. In winter they also don’t allow anyone to wear any other jumpers or jackets but the school one which is a pin because they are quiet expensive. Otherwise an alright school. Some teachers are rude and call some students entitled and rude but most are alright.

Trinity Catholic College

Compared to other schools in Goulburn Trinity is somehow the pick. The uniform policies are extremely strict to a point of stupidity, and are going backwards with many new choices to the dress code. Many teachers are not competent and share Homophobic, Racist and Sexist views and beliefs in extremely inappropriate situations. Trinitys mental health care is better than the other two high schools in town and they offer disability plans, counseler appointments and other assistance. There are few teachers who are passionate about what they do and go far to help students excel. Although a catholic college, they claim to accept people of different religion and beliefs but in reality all subjects are strongly pushing catholic and christian beliefs in subjects like health.

Best in the area but would look at alternatives

Used to be good, most teachers are inadequate and students rely on teachers to learn content. Classroom control is poor with both students and teachers having been bullied out of the school. There is a culture of racism, sexism and homophobia with some teachers expressing extreme views not appropriate for a school environment. The very few teachers who are competent are outstanding and go above and beyond for their students, especially in senior studies.

Not good

Teachers like to abuse their power, uniform regulations are extremely strict and unnecessary.
